Skilled Enrolled Nurse for Residential Aged Care

We are seeking a skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our team in a residential aged care setting. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for residents according to nursing practices and standards.
You will work closely with the care staff to ensure the highest quality of care is provided at all times. Your role will involve mentoring and guiding care staff, assisting them in providing a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
- Mentor and guide care staff
- Assist with daily living activities to achieve optimal independence
- Ensure care needs of residents enhance and promote quality of life
- Monitor care provided and maintain communication with staff
- Diploma of Nursing and current registration with AHPRA
- At least 6 months' working experience as an Enrolled Nurse
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in clinical documentation
- Evidence of current flu vaccination and three doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine
