Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Store Operations Manager to join our team at Kmart Group. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the store and leading the team during trading hours in the absence of the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and customer service goals
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work a part-time rotating roster, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
