About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring leader to join our team as the Head of Secondary at Araluen Christian College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to the college's strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the secondary school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Christian education and the achievement of organisational goals.
  • Advise and support the principal in implementing a comprehensive educational program, including the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, aligned with the college's values and mission.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community to promote the college's vision and values.
