Career Opportunity: Coach Education

We are seeking a Coach Education Specialist to facilitate coach education within the Tennis Coach team by training potential and existing coaches to the highest standards.
- The role will involve coordinating and facilitating coaching courses, workshops, and the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) program for coaches.
- You will identify the CPD needs of local coaches to develop learning solutions in collaboration with the Coach Learning team.
- Engage and identify current and future business leaders to headline industry engagement.
- Provide industry-based networking opportunities to support coaches, share innovation and best practice.
- Actively promote coaching pathways to the coach network utilising a range of communication channels.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tennis Australia coach membership or willingness to become a TA coach member.
- Coaching qualification – minimum L2 Club Professional, L3 High Performance or Master Club Professional.
- The ability to build professional relationships with coaches of all levels and backgrounds.
- Extensive experience coaching tennis (participation and performance).
- Knowledge of the tennis coaching pathway within Australia and internationally.
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia.
