About the Role

This dynamic role spans morning and afternoon shifts (7am - 6pm) Monday through Sunday, with potential for expansion into dinner service. We are seeking a part-time candidate working 25+ hours per week across permanent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts, with opportunities to work up to full-time hours across the seven-day operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized service to customers through prompt and professional interactions;
  • Prepare, present, and serve food items and beverages, including coffee and alcoholic beverages, while maintaining full restaurant table service standards;
  • Accurately handle POS and eftpos transactions while ensuring seamless customer experiences;
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the café, bar, and restaurant as required;
  • Assist in event setup, service, and pack down for functions held at the golf club;
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of food and beverage equipment along with function areas and the café.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in food and beverage roles within cafes, restaurants, bars, or events settings is essential;
  • Bar and Barista expertise is highly valued;
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional, personalized customer service;
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate is mandatory.
