Job Title: Home Care Provider

We are seeking casual home care providers to deliver high-quality care and support services for clients in the community.

About the Role

Care Support:

  • Cleaning, laundry, transportation, shopping and preparing meals for individuals with varying needs.

Personal Care Assistance:

  • Supervising or assisting with daily hygiene activities such as showering, bathing, dressing and grooming.

Mobility Support:

Assisting clients with mobility issues to ensure their safety and well-being.

Maintaining and monitoring client plans, including documentation and progress note keeping.

Effective Communication:

  • Communicating professionally and effectively with clients, families and relevant professionals to achieve positive outcomes.

Respectful Interactions:

  • Maintaining confidentiality and respecting the privacy and dignity of clients at all times.

This role does not involve overnight stays, evening shifts or weekends.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have experience in Community Services and Individual Support, with a genuine interest in empowering individual independence.

A Certificate III in Community Services or Individual Support is highly desirable.

You will be required to have or be willing to obtain:

  • Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Driver's License and Own Vehicle
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance
