Job Description:

The role of the Sustainability and Impact Lead is to spearhead comprehensive sustainability and impact initiatives across the Australian, New Zealand, and North American portfolio. The position plays a pivotal role in maintaining leadership in sustainability and impact within the region by delivering projects that yield real-world positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ongoing development and implementation of sustainability policies and management systems.
  • Develop new products and strategies, incorporating sustainability requirements into associated documentation.
  • Oversee sustainability due diligence, deliver sustainability outcomes during asset management, and promote sustainability advocacy and thought leadership.

Qualifications, Experience, and Strengths:

  • Proven professional experience in sustainability and impact, including responsible investment, corporate sustainability, or sustainability-related project management.
  • Experience developing and implementing environmental or sustainability management systems.
  • Exceptional project management, research, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
