Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Platform team. As a key member of our agile environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues to determine the best ways to build new features and contribute to shaping the future of our platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working hard in a start-up environment and has a problem-solving mindset. You'll work on building mobile-first web applications using our tech stack, which includes NodeJS, TypeScript, and Angular. Our AWS serverless environment provides a scalable and flexible foundation for your projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver frequent releases and implement robust architecture initiatives.
  • Analyse problems and make informed recommendations to drive solution-oriented growth.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions, share feedback, and proactively communicate technical insights.
  • Manage product backlog items, review Pull Requests, and maintain high-quality code.
  • Pair programme with colleagues to tackle complex problems and improve development workflows.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a commercial software engineer in 'product' oriented teams.
  • Experience with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of 'Serverless' technologies such as AWS S3, AWS Lambda, AWS SAM, and Serverless Frameworks.
  • Commercial experience with our tech stack (NodeJS, TypeScript, Angular).
  • Mobile-first web application development expertise.
  • A driven, flexible, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
