About the Role

The Student Welfare Lead is responsible for overseeing the welfare of students, staff, and parents within our school community. This includes developing and implementing policies and programs that promote student wellbeing, safety, and inclusivity.

  • Offer guidance and support to students, staff, and parents on issues related to student welfare.
  • Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student wellbeing.
