About the RoleThe Student Welfare Lead is responsible for overseeing the welfare of students, staff, and parents within our school community. This includes developing and implementing policies and programs that promote student wellbeing, safety, and inclusivity.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance student wellbeing, safety, and inclusivity.
- Offer guidance and support to students, staff, and parents on issues related to student welfare.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to student wellbeing.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of student wellbeing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and other school staff.
