We are seeking an experienced Rotating Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Karratha Gas Plant in Western Australia.
This 18-month contract role is Perth-based with regular travel to site. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading OPEX and CAPEX modifications to reduce safety, environmental, regulatory, and financial risks.
You will provide input into HAZOP/LOPA workshops, ART forums, FP investigations, and respond to engineering queries. Additionally, you will manage external service providers for multidiscipline projects including scope definition, budgets, and schedule tracking.
As a rotating engineer - technical support team, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading OPEX and CAPEX modifications to reduce safety, environmental, regulatory, and financial risks.
- Providing input into HAZOP/LOPA workshops, ART forums, FP investigations, and responding to engineering queries.
- Managing external service providers for multidiscipline projects including scope definition, budgets, and schedule tracking.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to further build your production engineering and planning expertise in a multi-discipline team committed to improving asset integrity and reducing operational risk.
You will work on practical and prioritised solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the plant. This is an excellent opportunity to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree-qualified background in Rotating Engineering.
- ENG competency per WM0000PG10109352 and/or PSM Knowledge Level per WM0000PG10588246.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of risk identification, management of change, and rotating asset maintenance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
