A successful Global Forwarding Specialist thrives in a fast-paced environment, finding swift resolutions to transportation and documentation problems. You'll work closely with customers from the start of the shipment process, leveraging your expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Operational Excellence:

  • Understand international shipping processes, documentation, and terminology.
  • Apply industry knowledge and critical thinking to adapt processes and create solutions.
  • Coordinate tasks on shipments to meet customer SOP requirements.

Facilitate Relationships:

  • Collaborate with international team members and third-party agents to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Build great relationships with customers, responding timely and following up on issue resolution.
  • Provide reporting and documentation support to internal and external customers.
  • Participate in customer business reviews.
Required Qualifications:
  • High school degree/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of Global Forwarding experience

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
