Your Role Overview

In this full-time, onsite position, you will report directly to the Nursing Regional Manager and become a key player in our organization. This newly established role focuses on improving health outcomes for our valued clients. You will lead clinical management and coordination, working closely with aged-care facilities to ensure the highest standards of care.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual who thrives in an independent role that offers both flexibility and autonomy. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting clinical reviews and managing various tasks within aged care facilities. While your main focus will be on specific regions, occasional travel to partner locations may be required.

The Registered or Enrolled Nurse will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring efficient service delivery supported by the Nursing Regional Manager and administrative staff. The successful candidate will also engage in business development activities to enhance our resident base. Proficiency in computer skills is essential, and while experience in telehealth is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Experience in problem-solving and professional collaboration.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to document client needs effectively.
  • AHPRA Nursing Registration.
  • Experience in aged care, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
