Job Role:

Dietetics Professional

This position involves practicing clinical dietetics in a supportive environment, working with patients in both inpatient and community settings. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver high-quality Dietetic care to patients/clients.

About the Job:

  • You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide excellent service delivery and clinical Dietetics care.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics, as well as postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, and/or palliative care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate Dietetic care for patients/clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement systems to improve practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or postgraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics.
  • Postgraduate experience in aged care, rehabilitation, and/or palliative care.
  • Good knowledge of current Dietetic practices.
  • Strong communication skills.
