About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Adult Community Mental Health team in Northern Adelaide. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to clients with mental health issues.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive and person-centred care
- Conducting mental health assessments and monitoring client progress
- Ensuring adherence to prescribed treatment plans
- Promoting recovery principles and empowering clients to manage their mental health effectively
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as an enrolled nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. In order to administer medicines, you must have completed a Board-approved program of study which includes an administration of medicines unit.
Qualifications and/or experience in mental health is desirable.
