About the Role

This Regional Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to lead proactive engagement with partner schools, build strong long-term relationships with clients and customers, and manage a team of Service Leaders to deliver high-quality experiences. As the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for services within your portfolio, you will ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead proactive and productive engagement with partner schools to ensure operational commitments are fulfilled.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and customers through direct management of their portfolio of services.
  • Manage a team of Service Leaders to deliver high-quality experiences, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
  • Partner and collaborate with the broader CA team on activities to retain key school contracts.
  • Improve the experience for children and families who attend our service, addressing existing school challenges.

Requirements
  • A resilient mindset and ability to channel stressful situations into positive outcomes.
  • A good understanding of the Outside School Hours Care industry, including current educational practices and pedagogies.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to pitch messaging at all levels of the organisation and externally to partners and parents.
  • Leadership experience in a childcare setting or OSHC service.
