Business Development Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or up to 2 years' experienced professional looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will have a degree in business, commerce, property, or a related field.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will identify and assess new parking site opportunities across Western Australia. They will conduct feasibility studies and market/competitor analysis, support commercial negotiations with property owners, and prepare internal memos, pitch decks, and board presentations. Additionally, they will attend meetings alongside senior leaders and stakeholders, collaborate with marketing on new site branding and communications, and track and report on business development key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
  • Recently graduated or up to 2 years' experience in business or commercial roles.
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Property, or related field.
  • Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented when working with data and presentations.
  • Commercially curious with an interest in property and urban development.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable engaging with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Thrives in a structured yet fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package including base salary between $72,000 and $80,000 AUD, plus superannuation.
