Job Opportunity: Psychologist - Student Support

The Department of Education seeks a qualified Psychologist to join their Student Support Services team. This role involves providing high-level psychology support services to students, undertaking advanced wellbeing interventions, and collaborating with other student support services team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert consultation to schools, healthcare providers, and families on evidence-based practices for student wellbeing.
  • Developing and implementing programs, procedures, and policies that foster resilience in children and young people.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and school leadership to ensure holistic care and support for student learning and wellbeing.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • Full registration as a Psychologist with the relevant authority.
  • Valid Victorian Working with Children Check and full Drivers' License.
