Immersive Design Specialist

Be part of a dynamic team that crafts engaging customer experiences. We're seeking an experienced Design Specialist to join our studio and help us create memorable brand moments across various touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creative design. They should be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

We're looking for someone who is driven by data and passionate about customer service. If you have experience working within brand guidelines and translating design requests into compelling collateral, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

  1. Work collaboratively with a small team of designers to develop innovative designs that connect the brand to customers through accessible design.
  2. Engage with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment of creative outputs with brand positioning, brand guidelines, and accessibility standards.
  3. Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and taking ownership of those improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience working within brand guidelines to deliver on-brand collateral.
  • Experience translating brief requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
  • Basic video-editing skills and experience working with Jira for project management.
