About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Trenery in Hobart, TAS. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service by being approachable, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about our products.
    • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Store Operations
    • Contribute to the smooth operation of the store by maintaining a high level of visual merchandising and store presentation.
    • Assist with stock management and loss prevention initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Participate in store meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
