Role Summary

As our HSEQ Audit and Performance Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for leading comprehensive internal and external HSEQ audits, overseeing all stages from planning to follow-up. You will also develop innovative audit tools and methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy, and produce detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive internal and external HSEQ audits, overseeing all stages from planning to follow-up.
  • Develop innovative audit tools and methods to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Produce detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Analyze audit findings to identify trends and potential risks, collaborating with teams to implement best practices.
  • Stay abreast of evolving HSEQ regulations and trends to maintain compliance and foster continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Superior interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative approach to auditing.
  • Demonstrated high standard of written communication skills for our reports with a senior executive readership.
  • Working experience with WHS management systems (ISO45001).
  • Advanced problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions quickly.
  • Lead Auditor qualifications, and solid auditor experience.
  • Diploma in WHS or higher.
  • Solid working knowledge of excel.
