Role Overview

The ideal candidate is a hybrid creative, strategist, and producer who works closely with clients to build their brand identity and social media presence through the development of always-on and campaign-based social-first content.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Write, plan, create, and manage approvals for social media and digital content
  • Manage production teams consisting of shooters, editors, animators, and designers to get content made
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Stay on top of digital and social media trends and proactively identify new opportunities for clients
  • Analyse and interpret reports to identify insights and new opportunities for clients
  • Run workshops with clients
  • Work with the broader creative team to assist with creative presentations and brainstorms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">
  • A highly capable writer able to generate a variety of materials in a range of 'voices'
  • Proficient in at least one program in the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva)
  • Possess a passion for social-first video content and a full understanding of the best specs, lengths, and practices
  • Thorough understanding of the channels content is being produced for and the importance of producing bespoke/adapted content for each
  • Finger on the pulse with all things social, identifying opportunities for clients to get involved in trends, new platforms, content techniques, etc.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of multi-tasking various projects
  • Excellent account management skills, ensuring each client feels like they are number one
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring quality control of all internal and external work
