We are seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Northcott. As a registered NDIS provider of Allied Health services, we offer a range of therapeutic supports in speech pathology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and more.

As a Speech Pathologist at Northcott, you will have the opportunity to manage your caseload and provide timely and evidence-based intervention to individuals across the lifespan. From pre-schoolers to adults, you will work with a range of conditions and provide intervention in various locations, including clinics, schools, and homes.

You will have access to internal and external professional development opportunities, including a generous external professional development budget and 10 days paid professional development per year. You will also be allocated IT equipment and have access to a pool of company cars or km reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with a range of conditions
  • Provide timely and evidence-based intervention in various locations
  • Develop clinical skills across many areas of practice
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
  • Participate in internal and external professional development opportunities

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
  • Registration with SPA
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to drive within the region
  • WWCC & NDIS worker check
  • Current first aid and CPR certification
