We are seeking a talented Business Development Director to join our team at Anduril Australia. As a leader in the defence industry, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge autonomous systems and AI-powered solutions to support the Australian Defence Force.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new opportunities for Anduril's products and services. With a strong understanding of the Australian Defence Force's current and planned warfighting systems, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

  • Develop and capture business opportunities through effective customer engagement and relationship-building.
  • Partner with the Mission Operations team to execute contracts and grow business with existing customers.
  • Communicate the value of Anduril's products and services to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Inform product development by translating customer needs into engineering requirements.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in business development, preferably in the defence industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • A deep understanding of the Australian Defence Force's current and planned warfighting systems, including autonomous systems and AI-powered solutions.
  • Ability to travel to meet with customers and support activities.
