Job Title: Regional Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

As a key member of the supply chain team, you will develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to minimize total cost of ownership while enhancing service quality. You will work closely with operational stakeholders to ensure that sourcing solutions meet regional needs and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute regional procurement strategies for optimal results
  • Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings on regionally sourced goods and services
  • Negotiate supplier agreements to secure best-in-class terms and conditions
  • Evaluate alignment with national and global procurement strategies and agreements
  • Develop category knowledge to drive informed decision-making
  • Manage cross-functional projects with significant impact on business operations
  • Oversee supplier performance, quality, customer support, and price management
  • Foster new supplier relationships and explore alternative sources and solutions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Procurement or Operations
  • Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, market benchmarking, and decision-making
  • Able to identify opportunities and drive process change
  • Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba)
