**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Trust Administration professional to join our team.

  • Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, including bookkeeping for the office, payroll preparation and checking, working sheet reviews for commissions, and management of sales trust funds.
  • Reconciliation and Reporting: Perform reconciliations for property management trust accounts and provide regular financial reports as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Accounting Expertise: Possess sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Qualifications and Experience: Qualification in bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage, and experience working in a Real Estate Agency is essential.

**Preferred Skills:**

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
  • Organizational Skills: Showcase strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
