**Building Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Building Inspector to join our busy team within the Building Services department.

The ideal candidate will have Victorian Building Authority Registration as a Building Surveyor Limited, with skills in inspecting class 1a, 10a and class 2 to 9 (up to 2000 m2 and 3 storey) building types.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking building inspections on at least 3 days per week to meet operational needs.
  • Ensuring compliance with the Building Act, Building Regulations, Building Code of Australia and relevant Australian Standards.
  • Providing timely and accurate advice to stakeholders on building regulations and legislation.
  • Attending to enquiries on building matters promptly and efficiently.
