Medical Affairs Specialist - Ophthalmology

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Affairs Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our medical affairs department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer engagement and expertise in the field of Ophthalmology.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical science, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for building relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and academic researchers within the Ophthalmology field.

In this role, you will also provide scientific education and training to healthcare professionals, internal teams, and partners, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information about our products. Additionally, you will support clinical trial development by providing scientific insights and collaborating with clinical teams on ongoing and upcoming clinical trials.

  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and empathy
  • Therapy Area Expertise: Ophthalmology, including mapping patient journeys and related treatments
