About the RoleThis Equipment Officer position reports directly to the Property and Equipment Manager, working closely with the reactive and preventative maintenance team leaders to deliver on maintenance obligations.
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management abilities, and exceptional communication skills. You will work autonomously within a team environment, identifying gaps or issues, and developing strategies for improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve equipment-related issues efficiently.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
