Job Summary

GenesisCare is seeking a skilled Medical Practitioner to join our dynamic team as a Radiation Oncology Registrar. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive medical care for radiation oncology inpatients and outpatients, working closely with consultant radiation oncologists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality medical care to radiation oncology patients, with a focus on patient-centered approach and clear communication.
  • Work collaboratively with consultant radiation oncologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest radiation oncology research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority.
  • Minimum of two years' experience post-graduation, with a strong foundation in medical practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
