The Capture Team's Mission

The Capture team plays a critical role in the mortgage origination process, driving innovation and efficiency through advanced technology. Our goal is to deliver seamless, personalized experiences for brokers, team members, and customers by leveraging cutting-edge solutions.

About the Role

We seek a customer-focused Product Manager to join our Capture team, working closely with UX teams to reimagine the origination process. As a Product Manager, you will lead product enhancements, leveraging data-driven insights and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.

This is a senior role within the organization, requiring a hands-on approach and ability to lead by example. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager, Originations. This position is designed to fill a 12-Month Maternity Leave Cover role.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product enhancements, driving speed and quality with users
  2. Develop and own the immediate and long-term product roadmap, aligning with Lendi Group's strategic vision within the Capture team
  3. Serve as Subject Matter Expert for products and features owned by the Capture team, highlighting dependencies and priorities with other teams
  4. Engage with stakeholders, including customers, brokers, Distribution, Centre of Excellence, Lender Partnerships, Legal, and Compliance
  5. Manage the release of products, including supporting communication and training activities
  6. Monitor metrics of success and make data-based decisions
  7. Apply tools and techniques, such as continuous discovery, to identify areas for improvement and plan for product enhancements and innovation

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Product Management
  • Background in Home Loans, Finance, or Banking
  • Able to collaborate with Design and Engineering teams, communicate priorities, scope projects, and deliver on a vision, including experience with tech-ready user stories
  • Experience in analytics, consumer funnels, or complex digital transactions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver results and get things done
