About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with senior engineers to achieve optimal production and cost outcomes. Your expertise will be invaluable in:

  • Leading by Example: Mentoring Site Engineers and Graduates to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Providing Technical Support: Offering onsite engineering services and technical expertise to ensure safety, environmental, specification, design, and contractual requirements are met.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A minimum of seven years' experience on infrastructure projects.
  • A strong commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality outcomes.
  • Motivation to achieve value-for-money results.
  • Previous experience working with major tier one or two contractors on similar projects.
