Digital Data Analyst RoleSupport the analytics function with a group and customer team. This role is focused on creating dashboards, insights, and strategic analysis for the digital space.
  • Owning all aspects of Google Analytics (GA), Google Cloud Platform (GCP, Big Query), Data Studio, Tealium IQ, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) including tracking/tagging implementation, understanding of data layer, dashboards, and custom reports.
  • Identifying and analyzing Digital Marketing team KPIs including Sales, Search behaviour, Traffic, AOV, Engagement, and Conversion throughout the customer journey.
  • Providing regular trade reporting and insights to enable key stakeholders to make informed decisions.
  • Developing tagging and implementation strategies for business measurement requirements.
  • Navigating and querying databases in AWS sandbox environment.
  • Collaborating with external agencies to support the implementation and maintenance of tags via Tealium IQ on Customer Data Platform.
  • User behaviours and ecommerce activities to Digital Marketing teams for enhancing the customer experience across all digital channels.
  • Auditing Country Road Group Google Analytics, Big Query, Data Studio, Tealium IQ, and Google Tag Manager to implement technical best practice solutions on identified optimisation areas.
  • Patiently working in a multi-disciplinary, collaborative, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Presenting complex behavioural and data-driven insights to stakeholders in a simple manner.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and dashboarding tools.
