About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in Wagga Wagga.

As a key member of our community care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our clients under Aged Care Funding. Your expertise will enable our clients to maintain their independence and functional abilities, allowing them to live comfortably at home.

About You:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
  • Proven ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop tailored programs for aged care clients in the community
  • Postgraduate experience working in various aged care settings, including community-based services
  • In-depth understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care approaches
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support remote work arrangements
  • Ability to promote BaptistCare's Christian identity and uphold its values through your interactions at work
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Valid unrestricted driver's license and access to a reliable registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Insurance
