Carestaff Nursing Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Nursing Support Specialists or Personal Care Professionals. As a key member of our team, you will provide nursing support in various settings, including aged care, hospitals, and community organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing support to clients in need
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
- Completed Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Disability
- A minimum of 6 months paid Australian experience in an aged care or hospital setting
- EN & RN Students - must have completed 2 placements in the last 12 months (1 aged care, 1 clinical)
- Availability to accept shifts between Monday to Friday
- Current National Police Clearance
- Full immunisation history
- Two clinical referees
