About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team as a Joint Venture Partner in our Katoomba store. This exciting opportunity offers a unique chance to be part of a dynamic and passionate team, serving a diverse community with a high street location and extensive database of loyal patients.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide high-quality optometric services to patients, including comprehensive eye exams and vision correction solutions;
- To contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies to drive business growth and patient satisfaction;
- To maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, ensuring that patients receive accurate information and guidance;
- To build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, promoting a positive and inclusive store culture;
- To adhere to our company's standards for patient care, safety, and quality, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

- A market-rate salary ($120,000 - $150,000 per annum) and superannuation, plus a share of store profits;
