About the Role

As a Part-Time Delivery Specialist with Coles, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by safely navigating our iconic Coles vans through local neighbourhoods to deliver customers' shopping to their homes.

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in logistics and customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately
  • Deliver customer orders to their homes safely and on time
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store objectives
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and regional areas
  • To be active – as well as driving, you will be on your feet, lifting and carrying groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs)
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
