About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our Day Rehabilitation team at Royal Rehab. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will conduct client assessments, deliver personalized treatment sessions, lead group exercise classes, and provide specialized aquatic physiotherapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions based on sound clinical reasoning following comprehensive assessment.
  • Deliver aquatic physiotherapy sessions to clients.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to support client recovery.
  • Complete all relevant documentation related to clinical care, transfers, and discharge of clients within set timeframes.
  • Attend and participate in case conferences to ensure effective communication and collaboration with the team.
About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and friendly individual with the following essential criteria:

  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Clinical experience in orthopaedic and neurological physiotherapy, including aquatic physiotherapy, and a competent swimmer.
  • Demonstrated effective multidisciplinary teamwork, ideally working alongside an Exercise Physiologist.
  • Demonstrated evidence of relevant professional development and commitment to evidence-based practice.
  • Demonstrated excellent time management and self-organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
