About the Role

• Manage and litigate personal injury and workers' compensation cases from start to finish, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare for court appearances with confidence.
• Negotiate settlements and collaborate with medical experts and insurance adjusters to achieve the best results.
• Liaise with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and admission to practice law.
• Minimum 1-3 years PQE in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
