About the Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of our infrastructure projects, working closely with our project teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Managing time, cost, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Carrying out technical investigations and presenting reports to project managers to inform project decisions.
  • Ensuring capital works projects are delivered within allocated timeframes.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management and/or Engineering.
  • Significant exposure in the delivery of infrastructure projects, including roads, footpaths, and other civil works.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite, and Primavera 6.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
