About the Opportunity

We have an exciting full-time position available for an Electrician to join our team based in Townsville. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for utilizing technical knowledge, skills and capabilities to interpret specifications, drawings and manuals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret specifications, drawings and manuals to deliver high-quality electrical work
  • Undertake problem-solving and job-specific reporting in accordance with requirements
  • Commit to all facets of on-the-job compliance, including code and OH&S
  • Demonstrate ability to think laterally and plan jobs to ensure all equipment and resources are available
  • Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers and team members
About You

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and conscientious individual who is committed to delivering exceptional results. To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Unrestricted Electrical Licence
  • Current manual drivers licence
  • Minimum 2-3 years trade experience in the commercial construction sector
  • Additional communications tickets will be highly regarded
  • Any mechanical tickets will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Ability to lead, manage and up-skill apprentices as required
