Our Perioperative New Grad Program
We are seeking highly motivated newly graduated Registered Nurses to join our Perioperative New Grad Program. This unique program offers a 3 x 6 month rotations, allowing graduate nurses to experience all areas of Perioperative nursing, including PACU, Scrub/Scout & Anaesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a perioperative setting
- Work effectively within a team to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and maintain strong collaborative interpersonal skills
- Participate in continuous quality improvement and safety initiatives
Requirements
- Completion of a Nursing Degree (Bachelor or Masters) prior to commencement
- AHPRA registration prior to commencement
- Current Working with Children Check and Police Check
- Immunisation evidence (including COVID vaccination) and serology report
- Previous under-graduate experience in a hospital setting
