Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Leader to oversee the customer experience, people development, merchandising, and operational functions of our store.

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to drive sales with their team, assist in training and developing staff, and support daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive sales growth by achieving targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  2. Assist in the training, development, and succession planning of the team – we encourage internal promotions.
  3. Support the store leader with daily operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and housekeeping.
  4. Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and engage with the local community through events, campaigns, and collaborations.
  5. Identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and process improvement, and drive the team to achieve their goals.
  6. C coach and mentor team members to drive performance and inspire others to succeed.
  7. Take personal responsibility for results and growth.
