Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing well-tested and documented software.

  • You will drive initiatives to improve the team's performance and identify areas for growth.
  • Your exceptional technical skills and knowledge of software development best practices will enable you to lead by example and mentor junior engineers.
  • You will contribute to the success of your product through technical advocacy and deploy and operate services developed by the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing software solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Leading code and architectural reviews to ensure high-quality software.
  • Conducting thorough testing and debugging to ensure software stability and performance.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on web technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Linux (Debian or Ubuntu) and containerization technologies (LXD, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
