Retail Sales Assistant Job Description

We're seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to join our sales floor in Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and styling advice to ensure customers leave the store feeling confident and inspired.

  • Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions efficiently.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions to better assist customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Passion for women's fashion and a keen interest in staying updated on the latest trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
