Job Description

Award-winning retail brand Rebel is seeking an experienced Visual Merchandising Manager to join its dynamic team. As a key player in driving visual excellence, you will be responsible for delivering consistent brand experiences across our stores through the execution of innovative visual merchandising strategies.

About You
  • Several years of experience in visual merchandising or display design with a proven track record of implementing innovative display concepts that drive customer engagement.
  • Strong eye for design, colour, space & style with ability to create visually appealing displays & layouts that align with our Rebel brand image and customer expectations.
  • Understanding of retail metrics such as sales figures, foot traffic, and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness and ROI of merchandising strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. About the Role
  • Collaborate & Co-Create: Work hand-in-hand with teams across the business to develop & execute a visual merchandising strategy that perfectly complements our product ranges and brand activity.
  • Campaign Management: Own the end-to-end process for exciting in-store campaigns, from concept development to execution, ensuring everything's delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive Visual Excellence: Help design visual guides and planograms that make it easier for customers to navigate and experience our store ranges, while maximizing the sales potential of every space.
