About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Swan Hill - Pritchard st. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to ensure a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and nurturing space that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to foster a sense of community and belonging.

Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
