Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill a Campaign Strategy Lead position. This role will be instrumental in delivering market-leading, integrated solutions for our clients.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales teams to build commercially viable and innovative campaigns across multiple verticals, including TV, radio, digital, and print. You will review and interpret client briefs to gain a deep understanding of the brands' marketing challenges and develop effective, creatively led solutions.

Key responsibilities include managing brief-to-pitch processes, leading brainstorming sessions, developing holistic solutions, and working with research and category experts to articulate the role of selected channels and our brands. Additionally, you will collaborate with Content Partnerships teams to ensure all formats and platforms are considered for relevant briefs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant media experience, ideally in an integrated sales, strategy, or solutions function.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strength in planning, time-management, and follow-through.
  • Confident presentation skills, including advanced use of PowerPoint.
