We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our Kensington Park Pharmacy team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
  • Maintain a well-presented and stocked store environment, ensuring customers feel welcome and enjoy their experience.
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers.

Requirements:

  • Confidence in delivering exceptional customer service and advice to diverse customers.
  • Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
  • Willingness to learn about our products and services.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
