Deputy Director Program Management Office Role

The Deputy Director PMO will work under the Director PMO within a newly established directorate.

This position is accountable for developing and applying project control practices and procedures to projects and programs.

A key aspect of this role is providing expert advice and solutions on project and program monitoring and controlling, identifying risks and opportunities during the planning process.

You will develop project and program briefs, reports, and documentation using a range of tools and techniques.

This role involves building and sustaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.

Motivating and mentoring teams, aligning complementary skills, and leveraging resources to deliver results are also essential responsibilities.

Additionally, you will assess and evaluate planning and scheduling activities against critical factors and recommend continuous improvement.
