Job Title: Construction Team Leader
About the RoleOur organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at our works centre.
The successful applicant will be an in-field working supervisor responsible for managing and controlling construction projects and maintenance programs.
- This is a full-time position offering a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and access to long service leave after 5 years' service.
- The role involves supervising construction projects, ensuring quality control requirements are met, and overseeing structural practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A NSW School Certificate/ Record of School Achievement or equivalent qualification;
- Suitable experience or completion of an approved course for supervisors;
- A NSW Class C Drivers Licence or equivalent;
- A SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card (TCP); and
- A SafeWork NSW General Construction Induction card ('White Card');
Desirable qualifications include a First Aid Certificate and a SafeWork NSW Traffic Control Work Card (IMP).
The successful applicant will work in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Local Government (State) Award, with a salary range available.
